Glynn Humphreys

Glynn Humphreys

Responsibilities: Chairman.

Glynn set up Humphreys’ document management division in 1988. He has worked with a wide range of clients including professional practices, commerce, industry, and the NHS. Glynn works closely with clients to design appropriate hybrid document management systems to include both hard copy and digital files.

In his spare time Glynn plays acoustic guitar for his friends and practices tai chi.   

Justin Humphreys

Responsibilities Managing Director

Justin joined the company after spending two years working within the transport industry in Europe improving his language skills and learning an alternative view of Transportation.

With the knowledge gained in Germany he was key in setting up a Europe wide document management system for General Motors. Justin Co-ordinated the collection of original lease documents from across Europe to a Records Bureau in Dusseldorf.

Matthew Humphreys

Matthew Humphreys

Responsibilities  Financial Director

Matthew is the Financial Director for the Humphreys Plus Group and took up this position after working in each department within the Humphreys.

Putting that knowlege to good use he wrote the companies ISO Manuals which led to Humphreys gaining BS 5750 at the first attempt. His attention to detail aided us to gain ISO 9001:2008 of which we at Humphreys are very proud.

When not writing procedure manuals, Matthew is keen cyclist and is leading the Humphreys Plus team in the “Pedal for Peace” rally in aid of Watford Peace Hospice again this year.

Rob	Anderson

Rob Anderson

Responsibilities: Special Projects Manager

Rob is an adviser on data storage solutions, scanning, shredding and managing offsite archive storage. With a background in logistics he has Project Managed many large business relocations.

Rob is a proud to be on the Membership Committee of the Junction BNI Chapter in Watford.In his spare time Rob has been a School Governor for eight years, five as Chair of Governors.

Richard Walters

Responsibilities Sales

Richard has spent 30 years in the customer service and sales environment, working in a variety of different market places.His role is to work closely with both new and existing clients to maximise product awareness and customer satisfaction.

Recreationally Richard races an historic Formula 3 car, whilst also enjoying motorcycling and sport.

Sean McMillan

Sean McMillan

Responsibilities:  Scanning Bureau Solutions

Since joining in 2008 Sean has worked in all departments of the company learning and understanding  the processes required to help our clients transfer to the digital age.In this role he has worked closely  with customers in the legal, financial and journalism sectors promoting Digital Document Storage & Content Management.

When not up to his arms in scanning Sean is a keen cyclist and is competing in the “Pedal for Peace” cycle event raising money for the Peace Hospice.
